Nothing is installed: the chat runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a laptop.
What is free and where the limit sits
A conversation starts without an account: the site’s FAQ, read on 3 October 2026, speaks of 10 free messages for a guest. The comparison table on the pricing page gives a free account 20 messages in 24 hours. Other pages of the site still call the free account unlimited, so the pricing table and the Terms of 21 September 2026 are the texts to trust. Creating an own character, group chat and video need a paid plan; reading the catalogue and trying any ordinary character do not.
Plans and payment

The FAQ lower on the same page still mentions bank cards, which the plan cards do not offer.
Privacy and rules
The privacy policy says the service is not intended for anyone under 18, that chats are not visible to other visitors and are not sold. It also says plainly that a sample of conversations is analysed automatically at night to score reply quality, with names, e-mails, links and phone numbers removed first, and the Terms add that authorised administrators may access chats when that is needed to run or protect the service. An account and its conversations are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
Who it suits
