Our review of Manhwa18.cc
What Manhwa18.cc is and what it is not
Manhwa18.cc is a free reader of Korean manhwa and webtoons in English; its page title reads «Read Webtoons and Korean Manhwa in English Online Free at Manhwa18CC». It is not the same site as manhwa18.com: the address, the design, the menu and the legal pages are different, and the footer of manhwa18.com does not list this site among its sister sites.
The menu seen on 3 October 2026 has All Webtoons, Manhwa Raw, 18+ Content, Completed and Genres with about 45 entries, from Romance, Drama, Fantasy and Action to Mature, Smut, Hentai, Yaoi, Yuri, BL, NTR and Doujinshi. The catalogue is mixed: adult series carry an «18+» badge, while fantasy and action titles without that badge sit in the same lists. Each entry shows a reader score and the dates of its two newest chapters.
Price and sign-in
The About page says the comics are read «without spending a single penny», and in our check a chapter opened without an account. Sign In and Sign Up links stand in the menu; nothing on the pages read requires them for reading.
Ads our robot met
The page code read on 3 October 2026 loads scripts from the ad network host a.magsrv.com and from one more third-party advertising host. The page also holds a notice for visitors with an ad blocker: the site calls itself an independent publisher that relies on ads and asks for the blocker to be switched off.
Who runs it and what the site says about rights
No company or person is named. The footer states that all content «is collected on the internet» and gives an e-mail address for rights holders, adding that reasonable requests lead to removal. It links Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, DMCA, About US, Contact US and 18 USC 2257. The 2257 page states that all persons depicted were at least 18 years old and that the owners are not the primary producer of the content.
The page declares the language en-us; no other interface language was found. The Manhwa Raw section holds chapters in Korean without translation.
