Scatbooru review: 3.6/5, recommended in Hentai & Porn Comics Sites

Scatbooru: a booru archive of drawn art on one narrow fetish

Scatbooru describes itself as a large imageboard for scat art. On 3 October 2026 the start page showed 57,726 posts and 38.2 million visits counted since launch. The engine is a modified Gelbooru Beta 0.1.11: a post list, a tag column with counters, comments, tag aliases, a random-post button and a help section. Only drawn works are accepted: the rules call it an art site that does not take photos or videos of real people.

Free access, and what an account adds

Everything seen during the check was free: the site has no paid plan, no token system and no price list. The account page states that 90% of Scatbooru works without an account; registration asks for a login and a password only, with no e-mail required. Uploading is a separate step: an account has to be confirmed by the staff through the Discord server or by e-mail before it can post.

What the rules allow and what they ban

The rules page opens with a short list of prohibited content categories and adds that realistic edits of real people are not accepted either. The moderators write that each picture is judged case by case and that a doubtful one is more likely to be removed. Besides the main theme the site accepts the neighbouring fetishes it lists by name, short comics of up to 20 pages and AI-generated pictures; the latter must carry the ai-generated tag and meet a higher quality bar, and the post list has a “Hide AI” switch. Uploaders are asked for the original file and at least 10 tags.

On a phone: desktop layout and small tap targets

The pages have no mobile viewport tag. In the robot’s check on a 390-pixel screen the start page was laid out 980 pixels wide, and only 1 of 17 links was large enough for a comfortable tap. In the same check the robot recorded zero pop-up windows and zero requests to ad networks. The interface is in English only.

Who runs it and what the legal pages say

No company is named. The start page links an “18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement”: it says the platform is not the producer of the content, that all posts are uploaded by third-party users and that users must be over 18. There is no separate age gate, only a notice that following any link means the visitor confirms being over 18. A dedicated DMCA or privacy page was not found; questions go to the staff e-mail or to Discord.
