Our review of Honeytoon
What Honeytoon is: a webtoon and manhwa reader with an 18+ section
Honeytoon is a web reader for comics, manhwa and webtoons. The home page mixes romance, fantasy, action and drama series; adult series sit behind an age question. The genre picker shown at sign-up lists Romance, Fantasy, Action, Harem, Drama, Married, MILF, In-Law, Cheating, Office and Spin-off. The Content Policy states that Honeytoon is not a user-generated content platform: the series are owned by the service or used under licence from partners and rights holders, and readers can only leave comments or feedback.
Payment: coins per chapter or a Premium Membership
There are two ways to open paid chapters. Coins unlock single chapters. A Premium Membership gives unlimited reading for the paid period; the FAQ names plans that renew every 1, 4, 12 or 24 weeks, and one membership covers every language version. Amounts appear on the payment page after sign-in and were not seen on 3 October 2026. The Payment and Refund Policy says charges are made in US dollars unless another currency sign is shown.
The same policy states that coins are valid for 12 months from purchase, while the FAQ says coins have no time limit — the two pages disagree. Coins are non-refundable. A subscription is cancelled by e-mail to support at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Age confirmation and sign-in
Adult content opens after an on-screen question asking the reader to confirm being over 18. In some regions the site adds a notice that local rules require an age check handled by Yoti, with a «Browse 18- Content» button as the alternative; the notice says ID data is not stored by Honeytoon. Sign-up works with e-mail or with an Apple, Facebook, Google or Twitter account.
Languages, phone use and operator
The page code lists eight language versions: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. There is no store app: the site suggests adding Honeytoon to the phone’s home screen, and the FAQ says offline reading is not supported. The terms, last updated on 14 May 2026, name Honeytech Ltd, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, together with Honeytech HK Limited as the providers of the service. Account deletion is requested through support, and unused coins are lost with the account.
