2D Market review: 3.5/5, recommended in Hentai Manga Sites

What 2D Market sells

2D Market is a web shop for digital doujinshi, the self-published comics of Japanese circles. Its About page says the team works together with doujin artists to bring translated, uncensored, high-resolution works to readers worldwide. The copyright line runs from 2014 to 2026. The catalogue can be browsed by author, tag and category (Action, Comedy, Erotic, Horror, Romance, Slice of life), with a switch that hides NSFW items and a filter for free titles. Besides its own releases the home page lists third-party releases and the top sellers of the month.

Prices and payment seen on 3 October 2026

Books are sold one by one, without a subscription. The newest entries on the Browse page were priced between 4.99 € and 8.99 €, and a part of the catalogue is marked as free. Registration costs nothing and, according to the About page, no card is requested at sign-up. The terms of service say credit cards can be used for purchases above 2.95 €, cheaper items can be combined in the cart, and loyalty points (100 points equal 1 €) can be exchanged for books or discounts.

Everything is digital: a purchased book can be read online or downloaded. Refunds are handled case by case by the billing partner, and the contact page names CCBill for billing questions.

Reader, account and language

A book reader runs in the browser without add-ons. It opens the purchased library after login and also local files in ZIP, CBZ, RAR, CBR and PDF formats; the site says local files are processed on the device and not uploaded. The interface is in English, with one page in Japanese addressed to artists.

Rules and things to know

An age question (18) opens the site, and the footer states that sales are restricted to persons aged 18 or older. A takedown policy, a complaints address with a five-business-day review period and a privacy policy are linked. The blog has not been updated since 9 April 2021, although the newest catalogue entry is dated 7 August 2026.
